In March 2026, EdraTech and HeyHi officially established a strategic partnership, marking a shared commitment to advancing the use of AI across teaching, learning, and assessment in Vietnam’s education sector.
The partnership brings together HeyHi’s technology capabilities and EdraTech’s academic, advisory, and implementation expertise in the local market. Together, the two organizations will work with educational institutions to identify their needs, develop appropriate implementation models, and support the journey from pilot and validation to broader deployment and scale.
In its initial phase, the partnership will focus on higher education and language education, where the demand for personalized learning, greater learner engagement, more efficient assessment, and actionable learning data continues to grow.
HeyHi – Bringing AI Across the Learning Journey
HeyHi is an AI-powered interactive learning platform designed to support teaching, learning, and assessment within a connected digital environment. By bringing together learning content, practice, assessment, feedback, and data, the platform enables educators to create more cohesive learning experiences while gaining greater visibility into learner progress.
At the core of HeyHi is PALS – Personalised Adaptive Learning System, which enables AI to work with an institution’s curriculum and learning materials to support more personalized learning experiences. Based on the knowledge and content provided, the system can support the creation of learning activities and practice while adapting the experience to individual learners throughout their learning journey.
HeyHi also enables real-time classroom interaction, giving educators tools to create more engaging learning activities and encourage active learner participation. AI is further integrated into assessment and feedback, including support for Speaking and Writing assessment, helping institutions provide timely feedback more efficiently and at scale.
Through Learning Analytics, data generated across learning and assessment activities can also provide educators with greater visibility into learner progress and performance, supporting more informed teaching decisions.
